Most firms added AI to their model. We built our model around it.

This origin shaped a delivery model that is our differentiator.

Our Story

Execo started with a question that kept surfacing across the legal industry: why do so many AI investments stall after launch? The tools were getting better, but the outcomes weren't following. The problem was rarely the technology. It was that nobody stayed accountable for making it work.

We didn't start at the tool layer. We started at the data layer, building Africa AI into one of Kenya's premier AI training operations. That work gave us something most legal AI firms don't have: a deep understanding of what it takes to make AI reliable.

From there, we developed proprietary AI infrastructure and built a delivery model designed around legal operations from the ground up. Not a legacy services firm with AI added on top. A team, a technology stack, and an operating model purpose-built for how legal AI actually works.

Today, Execo works with customers across 25+ countries, with 500+ professionals in seven countries. We work across the full legal AI journey, from data foundation through tool implementation through managed contract operations, and we stay accountable for what the work produces.

The gap between legal AI deployed and legal AI delivering is where we work. It's why we exist.

What Drives Us

We believe legal, procurement, and revenue teams deserve a partner that measures success the same way they do. Not by project milestones or deliverables, but by whether the investment is actually delivering results.

Our proprietary AI, our senior legal expertise, and our engagement model are built for the future.

Patrick Linton

CEO

Patrick founded Execo in 2022 after spending a decade building and scaling Bolton Remote, a tech-enabled services firm that partnered with hundreds of venture-backed companies before its acquisition by private equity. His career began in management consulting at Accenture, with experience spanning San Francisco, Singapore, and Tokyo.

He founded Execo to close a gap he kept seeing: AI investments that never translated into operational results.
