Marketing and Sales Communication

We adhere to strict data protection principles when conducting our marketing activities:

  1. Cold Emailing New Individual Customers
    1. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails to individuals (B”C) without prior opt-in consent, as required under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.
    2. Legitimate interest is not a valid basis for cold emailing new individual              customers.
    3. We only contact individuals if there is a pre-existing business relationship or explicit consent has been provided.
  2. Opt-Out and Consent management

    You can manage your marketing preferences by:
    1. Clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email you receive.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Execo  will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal requirements.

Execo will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.
