NEW YORK, July 6, 2026 — Execo, a provider of legal AI services, today announced it has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance. The report was issued by Prescient Assurance LLC, which confirmed an unqualified opinion on Execo's controls under the AICPA's Trust Services Criteria for Security, covering the period October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.

Many of Execo's customers operate in financial services, healthcare, and other regulated industries and require this level of verification from their vendors.

"Legal AI work means handling sensitive contract data at scale, across regulated industries, where mistakes carry real consequences," said Oliver Houchin, Chief Operating Officer at Execo. "Customers doing that kind of work don't want a promise, they want independent proof, and I'm proud we can now give it to them."

Execo's letter of attestation can be downloaded here. More detail on Execo's security program is available at execo.com/trust-and-security.
